back guarantee on your purchased items. If you are not satisfied,
simply return the items to us for a refund. Shipping charges are
non refundable.
Note: the 30 day money back guarantee will not apply on custom modified orders. We will notify you if the return policy is applicable on your modification, when we send the quotation for the modification.
Shipping Policy:
A min. flat handling rate of $10 applies for all orders shipped within Canada. A minimum flat handling rate of $15 applies for all orders shipped to the USA. Shipping costs are calculated as a percentage of your order value. The rate depends on the delivery service you select on the order form (Ground or Air shipping).
For Overseas Shipments outside of Canada and the USA, Orders will be shipped via surface mail. Shipping costs will be 28% of the order value plus min. handling charges. Orders greater in value than $1000 CAD will have a flat surface shipping cost of $100 CAD. We ship via Canada Post for orders that are shipped within Canada. Orders to the US may be shipped by Canada Post and arrive through the US postal service. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery of orders for in-stock product.
International Orders outside of North America: Orders that are shipped outside of Canada and the USA may have additional costs. These costs are related to duties or taxes. These costs are applied by the receiving country. Brule Adventure Gear cannot estimate these charges. Please check with your local customs authorities for information related to potential applicable additional charges.
